Bonelab Hand offset.

Do not report issues when using the Virtual Desktop or ALVR drivers for SteamVR, this is not supported by Revive.

the hands in bonelab are offset about like 2 inches higher than the steam controllers
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '.revive.'
- Click on '.bonelab...'
- See error
Expected behavior
hands in the right position

- OS: Windows 10
- Headset: Quest 2 via steam link
