Label PR cards more clearly with text

I don't find the green box around an issue number a clear indicator that a card is a PR
Why not just put "PR" in on the left of it, i.e., "PR 22340" in my example. I believe this can be easily done with CSS.
Or even better the PR icon
Github uses.
