Add billing account
Deploy hello world app
Create a google sheets document on your personal google account
Enable the Google Services API

Go to API & Services on GCP and click on Credentials -> Service accounts
Copy the e-mail of your service account and share the google sheets document with the service account
Also click on your service account -> Keys and create a key, download it (for local dev)
