Adding optional tick_timeout field to exchange_raw crashes physical backends

Following error occurs when trying to run pytest with --backend ledgercomm option.
TypeError: LedgerWalletBackend.exchange_raw() got an unexpected keyword argument 'tick_timeout'
Fixed by #178
