don't overwrite the entire drawing tools scene controls

@kakaroto can you change the behaviour of furnace so when it replaces the drawing tools, it only replaces the tools you actually want to replace? Right now you're removing all tools and replacing them with the furnace tools. Because of that my DrawingTokenizer tool gets removed too if both modules are active(this will happen to every module that adds something to the drawing tools). Instead of setting the whole array you could instead search the array for the tools you want to replace and replace them.
