I don't have experience on MacOs but looking at ffmpeg_kit library, you need to set up the minimum deployment target to 10.15 in your PodFile.

This plugin is not fully compatible with MacOS since this lib does not support it -> https://pub.dev/packages/video_thumbnail

You could use it without TrimSlider, and CoverSelection only
