Emojis break username page

When a username has emojis, the username page lists no info for them.

Example:
https://sb.ltn.fi/username/%F0%9F%91%8C%F0%9F%98%82%F0%9F%91%8C/
https://sb.ltn.fi/userid/e35c6e3e476b893f08c0a19dd5dca4ceeebafc342febbb5df590908ccbc37c94/

Additionally emojis are not rendered on the userid page but instead are HTML entities.
