Enhancement: Show follow/unfollow button on account Following and Follower page

Use case: I would like to quickly expand my network in my community by following accounts other users in my community are following or are followed by.
When I'm on the account page of an external instance I would like to have a follow/unfollow button when I'm browsing their list of followers. Same for their following list.
