Ready for Laravel 8 ?

The 8th september, Laravel 8 will be released.
I don't follow the last development.
So, someone knows if we are ready for Laravel 8 ?
For general user, 7.x is good but for pro its very good to new version 8.0.
But i think people need a little bit more time for new version.
My question is about the development of Laravel 8.0, to know if new translations are in this version ( php files and json )
Yet, it is not fixed . Many user are familiar with PHP files.
As a developer, user are shifting to josn and gaining popularity nowadays.
We can write directly in a single page with less less syntax.
I check the code, and I didn't see update on php translation files. For json, it's most difficult to check.
In the repository, the translation files have not been changed for the 8th version.
Therefore, we are ready.
