Steps to reproduce

/map followed by widescan

will populate list with mobs/npcs of all floors of zone and outside sections of map

Expected behavior

retail testing shows that mobs/npcs will only populate on the map that is currently shown and no mobs out of bounds or other levels same as what the radar shows with red dots.

even when as the junction point to change maps will only show on the current map displayed, move 1 space over to activate next map then you ony see that maps mobs/npcs.

Somewhat tricky to get retail accurate as prior testing showed it wasn't purely a static vertical distance thing.

Back in dsp I recall we did have a range valie for it, dunno what happened to that. There was discussion about tryinh to detect the current map because when you change floors the map you are on changes. Thats not perfectly retail either but I'd be happy with it, personally (I'd call better than)
