Steps to reproduce

Healing Ruby and other types of low level SMN BP abilities are affected by the rework of SMN pets

!changejob smn 1 through 7
Attempt to use Blood Pact: Ward "Healing Ruby" unlocked at level 1
Receive error "Unable to use job ability"

!changejob smn 8
Attempt to use Blood Pact: Ward "Healing Ruby" and see the ability function as intended

Expected behavior

!changejob smn 1 and use "Healing Ruby" as intended
