🔨 Add whitelist for search server queries

Describe the feature

as a byproduct of #5102 (which was a great overall improvement), my game server is blacklisting itself by the search process.
Additionally, we've also added a dedicated search server for pxi-ah to spam for data. It would be helpful if we could whitelist specific IP's

i'm currently using an older search server as a work around.
