Hi,
Very interested with this one.
My cOncern is range. what is its range in compare with traditonal RF module like Superheterodyne type?

I use to use CC1101 to decode weather station using another library but the range is disappointed.

If only range is a concern, then CC1101 sensitivity is comparable to other good superheterodyne rf modules.

When using a fixed rf receiver module you have no control over a factory set receiving frequency and band width. When those are not known exactly, comparing the range is difficult.

CC1101 allows to adjust the frequency and band width and, if used incorrectly can affect the "range". On the other hand fine tuning of those may increase the range compared with the off the shelf fixed modules.

Not to mention many other factors affecting range - most notable the antenna properties and the way it connects to the receiver.
