add/update tutorial notebook for matching cosmoDC2 and Run 2.2 object catalogs

We should add a tutorial notebook for matching truth (cosmoDC2+) and Run 2.1 object catalogs.

We already have a matching notebook among protoDC2, truth, and Run1.x, so this new notebook is an upgrade to the existing one. Note that, however, for Run 2.1, we can directly match cosmoDC2 with Run 2.1 because (i) there's no additional rotation in the coordinates and (ii) galaxy SEDs in cosmoDC2 now match image sim input (see also the discussion in LSSTDESC/DC2-production#78 and LSSTDESC/DC2-production#346).

For objects not in cosmoDC2 (e.g. stars, sprinkled objects), we still need the truth catalog to do the matching (see LSSTDESC/DC2-production#346).
