Fast Scrolling on chapter selection menu

Describe your suggested feature
No one notice this when a novel have 500+++ chapter from a novel, User will crazily flick their finger like madman.
We need fast scrolling bar, like when we read the novel for easy navigation, it will be good if it hidden when not scrolling.
