Make AI build 2 schools in the begining like in TPR

Why would it be needed?
IIRC second school is only helpfull near PT end, when more recruits are needed.

Lets be honest does any decent KaM Player make only 1 school at beginning?

Since AI can recruit faster with 2 schools at once and get workers faster (Because the AI doesn't recruit workers ahead)

I have played a game yesterday and starting with just 1 school was okay. Built 2nd school for recruits closer to PT end.

Anyway. I guess we need to test if AI can benefit from 2nd school. Maybe it's the chokepoints, maybe not.
