Easily backfill over date ranges

I want to offer a way to backfill dates easily, so for example, in a single run you can backfill COVID lockdowns by choosing start and end dates, and it will automatically fill those out. This could also be used to backfill other chapters in your life, like your main residency, relationship statu, employer, and COVID lockdown and such

This one easy feature would allow you to easily bucket by those values, I think it would be extremely powerful, and adding those values would take very little time 👍
