Find a good way to look into the data on the next day, and the previous day, and the average of the week when bucketing/correlating

This might be done through Postgres views?
- Previous day
- Next day
- Next 7 days average
- Current 7 days average (3 days before, 3 days after)
This might also help with the weekly inputs
