ltp and order feed disconnect automatically after some time, even having network connected and the token is not expired. does neo have set any timeout ? or anything other.

I also noticed that the subscription ends only a minute or 2 after starting, with the onClose callback called with
The Session has been Closed!
Is there any ping frame that needs to be sent from the client side or anything to keep the subscription alive? This problem makes the API useless.
