blank node non-HTML views are empty

Reported in the survey:
for a blank node (https://www.snik.eu/ontology/.well-known/genid/riog00000038) the view as: xml, ntriples, turtl is empty
Technically it is not a bug because the resource does not really exist, it is just mapped into the HTML output so that there is a way to follow blank node links.
However for the users it does seem that way, so there should be a "back mapping" so that the RDF serialization views also show something.
There is also the question of how to solve this for the parent resources.
It would make sense if the Turtle view for a resource also includes all blank node triples, however for N-Triples this is less obvious.
