Can you resave the configuration (just pressing the Save button in the Configuration Manager). This expire caching.
Can you check nextly if the first export that you create after that resave has the images included?
If the first export has the images, can you perform the export again and see if still contains these images?

Can you resave the configuration (just pressing the Save button in the Configuration Manager). This expire caching. (the configuration manager in the wiki?)
Done!
Can you check nextly if the first export that you create after that resave has the images included?
No Images

What happens if you remove the dw2pdf plugin (via the Extension manager)
(if you have made manually modifications in the the dw2pdf/ folder, be sure you backup these firstly (e.g. templates)).
And installs this version via the Extension manager: https://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki-plugin-dw2pdf/archive/mpdf574.zip

still no Image in the exported pdf

How are other pages with images handled, for example at the wiki:syntax page in your wiki?

First: As it does look in the wiki
Second: As its presented in the pdf

Does an export directly with dw2pdf work? you can trigger that by adding ?do=export_pdf to the url

If not:
Does ?do=export_pdf&debughtml=html show the page correct with images?

No! This does not work! In both cases I get an empty page:

This topic does not exist yet

You've followed a link to a topic that doesn't exist yet. If permissions allow, you may create it by clicking on “Create this page”.

can you provide an example of the urls you have e.g. to the wiki:syntax page?
Maybe you have to add &do=export_pdf to that url, instead of starting with ?

This evening I will test more here. Sofar I don' t get any clue what is the cause of the missing images.

Which kind of server are you using? apache?
(the do=check url parameter can show you a little bit of these info as admin.)

localhost:8800/doku.php?id=wiki:syntax&do=export_pdf
does work - But without Images

what kind of server are you using? apache?

Yes I use the "portable Version" from dokuwiki.org

You may optionally include a minimal Webserver with PHP in your download. This is useful for quickly trying DokuWiki or for running it from an USB stick. This is recommended for personal, single-user use only.
MicroApache (Windows) Apache 2.4.7, PHP 5.4.25, GD2 and SQLite

do=check
gives:
DokuWiki version: Release 2014-09-29d "Hrun"
PHP version 5.4.25
More than 32MB RAM (134217728 bytes) available.
Changelog is writable
conf directory is writable
mb_string extension is available and will be used
Your locale LC_COLLATE=C;LC_CTYPE=German_Germany.1252;LC_MONETARY=C;LC_NUMERIC=C;LC_TIME=C seems not to be a UTF-8 locale, you should fix this if you encounter problems.
Debugging support is disabled

At the moment I have no windows installation available, so I cannot test doku-on-stick on short term. Maybe others could do that..

Can you try exporting with an english language/locale? Does it make a difference?

Please could test with an updated setup, see whether any issue is left? (with recent Dokuwiki, dw2pdf and bookcreator plugins).
