Feature Request : choose position of the bookbar in the config

Thanks, the plugin is great !
We would like to have the functionnality less omnipresent on our future version of the wiki with the template readthedoku.

I found out I liked it better after editing the file "action/pagetools.php" at line 21,
setting the action hook for the first hook registration : bookbar to 'AFTER' instead of 'BEFORE' for the function Doku_Event_Handler().

I think it would be great to be able to choose where the plugin tool bar is appearing.
I would think of 4 possibilities :

• before the page
• after the page
• before the sidebar
• after the sidebar
