NOT RECORDING no matter what i do

I dunno if this project is dead or the tutorials are just out of date?? I tried everything. I'm on RPI4B with the latest official raspbian freshly installed.
I can NOT record on your snowboy.kitt.ai site. I open the site, log in, go pick a hotword download, I press record, I see waveforms, nothing happens! I tried these microphones:
Shure SM7B (professional mic)
DAP CM67
Logitech Gaming Headset
Microphone array from my laptop.
NOTHING! what the heck? I also tried several hotwords. My voice is normal. I tried switching around with the sensitivity slider. all settings I tried literally everything and it's not working so I'm assuming ur server is dead???
maybe you should check your internet connect or your web brower. This website is ok I just tested yesterday.
