One issue though: it didn't run lines 502-505. Uicache did not work. Error:

Ah that’s because you were using a beta of electra and not the 1.0. There already is a unjailbreak.sh for the betas. 😁

@Katze84 script should work for 1.0.3 as well as no system files are altered.

Worked perfectly on my iPhone 6s on iOS 11.0.0, with Electra 1.0.3.
PS: I doubt that futurerestore could cause a bootloop, I would've thought that after a restore there would be less rubbish in the system likely to cause problems. futurerestore doesn't do anything fancy, it does a full proper restore to a clean, new system.

but my target application still detected my device is in jailbreak env :(

detection problem are solved after remove these file manually:

/boot
/lib
/mnt
/private/var/lib
I am not sure it's a safe operation
Should this remove Cydia? I still have my Cydia icon.

I tested several applications(games) with the same result.
May be these application using same jailbreak detection framework.
I confirmed the existing of ["/User"(Symbolic Link), "/boot", "/lib", "/mnt", "/private/var/lib"] will affect the result of jailbreak detection
Before I delete these folder, i confirm it is empty.
My testing step:

Working on iPhone 7+ 9,4 iOS 11.1.2! Electra 1.0.4 No apps detecting the jailbreak currently.
iPhone X 10,6 iOS 11.1.2 Electra 1.0.4 successful, plus solves Electra tweaks install failure
When attempting to jailbreak my iPhone X 10,6 11.1.2 phone with Electra 1.0.4 on the first attempt device got to progress 2/3 and then resprung in the middle of Electra jailbreak process with no Cydia installed after the respring. Additional attempts with tweaks toggle enabled had same result even after power cycle of phone.
After running your uninstall script, I was able to successfully jailbreak with Tweaks toggle enabled on Electra 1.0.4.
So not only does it work on iPhone X 10,6 11.1.2, for me it was actually able to fix whatever issue was preventing Cydia from installing. The phone never had a previous version of Electra or any other iOS 11 jailbreak installed but its likely there may have been files from other older jailbreaks that could have been copied over to the phone from a backup.

Un-jailbreak successfully (Cydia icon not removed), reset iPhone to factory settings, re-jailbreak with Electra 1.3.2.
Everything works flawlessly.
