About the ratio of the animation movie scene (non-CG)

I am using AriseFix very conveniently, thank you very much.

One question: Non-CG animation movie scenes are also stretched to 21:9. Is this a specification?

I'm sorry to bother you, but please help me.

I'm aware that might be an issue. Ultimately, that boils down to if FMVs are done in the same part that UI is done. I'll have to test this with the UI fix once I get it up and running. It's just that I'm moving to a system of sorts that will use patterns scanning, code caves, and hooks to do certain things (Such as tweaking the FOV and UI scale only when the resolution changes, based on the new aspect ratio). Apologies if it's taking long. I've just been dealing with a lot of different stuff in the background, and my morale has been rather low lately.
