OpenGL ES graphics plugin requires XR_KHR_ANDROID_SURFACE_SWAPCHAIN_EXTENSION_NAME

This extension is not required by the specification, as far as I know, so its use here should be optional. See https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenXR-CTS/blob/devel/src/conformance/framework/graphics_plugin_opengles.cpp#L231
An issue (number 1480) has been filed to correspond to this issue in the internal Khronos GitLab.
If you have a Khronos account, you can access that issue at KHR:openxr/openxr#1480.
@lubosz so it's not actually using this, it's just asking for it?
I have this fixed internally, and it will be in an upcoming release.
Fixed in approved release 1.0.22.1.
