[Android Platform] how can I test test_XR_EXT_dpad_binding and test_actions

In android platform ,when I run cts ,the test iteam like "test_XR_EXT_dpad_binding and test_actions" can not run
I use Monado as server and I have binding simple_controller
can you help me how can I do this two item,thanks
