-Generatereports creates no output file

Executing the update-warrantyinfo command doesn't appear to generate any output when running from a CSV source. It appears other individuals are having similar issues. If I define a Reports Location it just creates a folder with the name provided no html file.
The verbose command seems to not include pshtml so I cannot see really what isn't working.
The command I am running is:
update-warrantyinfo -csv -CSVFilePath "c:\temp\temp.csv" -GenerateReports
Edited to be more succinct. Please let me know if I can do anything to support remediating this issue.
