RV is inconsistent between Red and Green CCDs

Looking at the Cross correlations in the QLP, the red and green CCDs a small offset on the plots, about 4 km/s. I cannot tell if this is a plotting issue , has to do with the new WLS in the post-servicing mission, or is something else. example
It would be instructive to learn which one is "right" based on comparisons with systemic velocities measured by HIRES or other facilities.
