BR30 power supply

Not a software issue, anyone know what power supply is in a BR30 and if someone like aliexpress might have one?

Getting bulb dissembled down to the point of the heat sink , not sure if the part that appears to be pressed in the case can be removed to get to the power supply without cutting the plastic case open?

Hate to trash the bulb, it reprogrammed and works via a programmer, but no power out of the base/PS
