Not saving any images

Hi I'm not able to get this to save any images, and I am not receiving any errors either. I believe I installed all the necessary libraries correctly. Here is some output from my terminal below. I have tried some debugging on my own. I really want this to work it seems very cool.

Could you post a copy of the command you’re running?

another variation I have tried
python3.6 ./hdfm.py -s ./ -l 1 -c 1 101.9
The Dump folder always remains completely empty while running.
Hey! It just worked! Looks like the stations in my area are just hit or miss. Totally awesome!
