lib_pid is old and doesn't mention that the PIDLoop() class exists.

lib_pid should be changed to mention that it was written before PIDLoop() existed, and it is mostly obsoleted now. It should still be present so you can see an example of a PID loop written out longhand in kerboscript, but people should be told there is a better way now and be pointed to it.
