Did you make any manual changes to your game folder (i.e., not via CKAN)?
No I didn't make any manual changes to my game folder, I just downloaded it and then these appear. I have followed the Installing Instruction for Windows, though I tried to re-install it, it is still the same.

Steps to reproduce
Launch the ckan.exe then I got the Errors.
