Changeset screen should have a way to keep auto-installed mods

When you remove a mod, the changeset will automatically remove any "auto-installed" mods - things that were installed only as dependencies of others. Sometimes this is a surprise. It would be nice to be able to mark such mods to be kept on this screen.
