Recommendations should not be automatically selected for install if they conflict with already-installed mods

It's cool that they're in the list, so you can be aware that there's something recommended you're not getting and why. But they should just be unchecked by default.
JonnyOThan what is the conflict in that screenshot so I can test this?
Nevermind, managed to reproduce by installing OuterPlanetsMod, which conflicts with JNSQ, which is a dependency of those red rows.
