Move asset sources to another repo

As mentioned in #4 (comment) and onwards, the asset sources (PSD files, etc.) should be moved to a separate repo to unclutter the main repo (which should hold only the deployment-ready game).

Started with KOBUGE-Games/jetpaca-assets-src@abd69e8 and 723e3ee. In the end we don't have much sources for the PNGs right now, but I'll try to see with @reduz and @punto- would could be salvaged from the original SVN repo. The more sources we have, the easier it will be to expand the game.

We've done what we could in https://github.com/KOBUGE-Games/jetpaca-assets-src and removed the moved assets from this repo, so it's as good as it can get with the available source.
