Reuse meta-path ratings

As a user I want to be able to reuse meta-path ratings and config settings
in order to to compare different input sets based on the same user-defined similarity.
This could be done by using user accounts.
- Login
- Customized DB-settings
- Relate meta-path-ratings to account
