We should create a document that helps with OBS , under /src/content/applications/obs.mdx.
The OBS MDX file could contain all the notes and information for people that want to create their own stream, podcast, ect...
This issue ticket is to help place all the links, concepts and material to reference into the said document that we create.

It will help people find a quick and easy way to hopefully setup OBS.

I am sure there are several guides/tutorials all over the internet trying to do this same thing, we are just compressing it down to just one source.
