Describe the feature
phpBB (including it’s forks) is a popular forum hosting board, if not THE most popular. Scrapers for boards, comments/threads, and entire forums. Examples of phpBB forums:

Forums aren't social networks (although some modern ones have some social network features, e.g. profile posts), and there is other existing or in-development software specifically for them.
