Dates don’t get parsed

Full dates don’t seem to get parsed at all. They’re either written into "issued":{"litteral": ... } or "issued":{"raw": ... } or even directly as value to the key "issued": ..., all of them without parsing them into "date-parts", creating either an empty date-parts object or leaving it out completely.

Zotero and Juris-M are fine in this regards.
