citeproc-js chokes on some of the distributes standard styles

I did notice #115 but I'm not sure this applies entirely in this case as this is likely to produce a great number of bug reports and there should be some standardized way of dealing with those.

While setting up the demo of citeproc-plus I noticed that some of the styles just didn't render.

Question: It should be relatively easy to modify the demo site so that it iterates over all 2009 citation style and then outputs a long list of all the styles that failed rendering. But would that be useful? Does it exist already?
