Choosing to collect only trace 1 and 2 causes failure to convert to pandas.DataFrame

To reproduce start a new run and select only trace 1 and trace 2 to collect.
Additional info. Appears to be a problem if trace 0 is not selected. Selecting 0 and 3 works.
Fixed with commit 225f0f0
