Support if-statements in the UI

If-statements are now explicitly supported by the synthesis backend, and thus, there is no need to extend the user interface anymore. The idea to let the user give an assumption on variables that probably take part in an an if-statement's condition is also obsolete since it is more important to automate the development process as much as possible. Therefore, we solve this by successively expanding the library in prolog.
