Add support for scraping itch.io ratings

Feature description
There are many (many) games in my library for which there are tons of ratings on the game's itch.io page, but very few (or no) available ratings on platforms like Steam or IGDB.
It would be very nice if itch.io ratings were available to be scraped when performing a metadata update, to populate the "Community Rating" field with more useful data.
