PS2ISO config suffix - No ability to use config file for netemu

Looks like here: a793ded
ps2_netemu .CONFIG suffix was accidentally removed. This killed ability to use decrypted CONFIG file for PS2 ISO.
Look like issue were somewhere else. Latest version work good, so is solved.
