save status indicator

I suggest that having some indication of whether or not the worksheet needs saving would be quite useful.

Yes, this would be good. It would also be nice, perhaps, if there were to be some sort of prompt if you were to load a new worksheet when the old one has unsaved changes. We could also consider warning when navigating away from the page with unsaved changes, although my experience with those alerts puts them pretty close to my "too annoying" line!
