Error in custom shortcut manager

No any unusual configurations
When i click utilities>custom shortcut manager>create new shortcut i get an error and app crashing.

Since we seem to have the same error, pasting mine too, for the sake of consolidation.

And it looks to me like it's the result of a program in the custom shortcuts being moved perhaps.

I'm also getting a similar error, if not the same. I've tried deleting all custom shortcuts.

It always crashes with an Unhandled Exception when clicking 'Create New Shortcut' in the Custom Shortcut Manager.

Edit:
Mine seems to be associated with Monster Hunter Rise installed via Xbox App (A Microsoft Store App).
I've uninstalled the game, and the error still occurs.
