Unable to to change or remove steam library path

You can only add library folder paths when creating a custom steam shortcut. If you create duplicate paths by accident (like me), game duplicates will show up in the list. Furthermore, when inside the change path prompt and attempting to cancel, a popup will appear telling you to select a path called "steamapps" and return you to the original change path prompt again, creating a loop. If you continue to try and cancel, the program will throw the exception below. I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2.
