Doublet estimation with Jurkat cell data

Hi,

I have applied DoubletDetection to public and private 10x genomics data from Jurkat cells. The estimated doublet rates are around 20% from both of datasets. Those rates seem to be too high.

Do you have any suggestions or insights on this? Thanks.

Hi Joon,

The classifier works best when there are several cell types present in the sample. I would recommend not using the classifier on just Jurkat cells.
