Two Exceptions at startup with 8u101 under Windows 7

Overview

this issue adresses problems with the three ScenicView launching options under Windows 7, with ScenicView version 8.7.0, and JRE 8u73 / 8u101, in the following order of launching options:

  1. Launch via Standalone: Crashes
  2. Launch via Java Agent: Freezes
  3. Launch from Code: Works like a charm

Launch via Standalone

at first it seemed to me that I got the same exception (the second one below) as in Issue 16.

But I get an additional exception (the first one) which seems to have something to do with the jdkpath:

Changing the jdkpath property to C:/Program Files/Java/jre1.8.0_71 did not resolve the issue.

ScenicView version used: both** 8.7.0** (downloaded jar) and 8.0 provided by zarnikov in Issue 16 (downloaded jar). I tried it with JRE 8u71 and 8u101.

Launch via Java Agent

However: when starting ScenicView (v8.7.0) as a javaagent as described in ScenicView Help, the exceptions, still occur (see below) but the ScenicView window manages to start alongside the JavaFX application window.

On the other hand, the "Scanning for JavaFX applications" process displayed in the ScenicView window does seem to get stuck.

Launch from Code

Finally, starting ScenicView (version 8.7.0, like above) directly from the application source code as described in ScenicView Help works fine. The ScenicView window starts alongside the application window without any exceptions, with the scene graph and all information in the tabs present, including Event Tracing.

(Addendum: ScenicView keeps printing on the console: No JavaFX window found - sleeping for 1 seconds . Don't no if this should be the case :/ .)
